Sue Holgate

Sue brings over 23 years of experience in family law to the team at Perth Family Lawyers.   Sue is well known for her calm, compassionate approach, and is passionate about helping people through what can often be one of the most difficult times in their lives.

Sue’s dedication to helping people was apparent early in her career.  Sue spent 7 years volunteering at a Community Legal Centre whilst also studying, supporting people with their Family Court documents. Since then, she has worked primarily in private practice and has appeared in the Magistrates’ Court, Family Court, Supreme Court, and High Court, handling a variety of matters including complex and difficult parenting and financial disputes.

Sue’s special interest lies in matters involving high-conflict parenting issues and financial settlements, and she’s a skilled mediator who believes in resolving matters with as little stress as possible for her clients.
